We're into technology.
And we've ramped it up around here.
Need a DVD of family photos in a hurry? No problem. We can do that.
No time to burn that audio CD for the funeral service? Just bring your iPod along.
Already have a PowerPoint slideshow? Just bring your flashdrive. Or a CD-ROM. Or your laptop.
You get the idea.
With a pretty sophisticated audio system, flat screen video monitors in the visitation rooms and a 53" video screen right in our chapel, we can accomodate a lot of different audio and video formats. And don't worry about mutiple visitations - we can handle different A/V sources in different rooms at the same time, too.
We'll help you Remember Well.
And speaking of technology...we've also launched a new "skinny" version of our website just for mobile phone browsers!
Weerts Mobile is another first for a Quad Cities funeral home. Whether you need to check on a visitation or funeral schedule before you leave the office parking lot or you'd like to leave a condolence while you're at the coffee shop, Weerts Mobile makes it easy. Optimized for acceleration with limited graphics and full functionality, you can read obituaries, post and/or read condolences, get driving directions to our funeral home or send us an email quickly and efficiently from your web-enabled mobile device.
Check out Weerts Mobile from your desktop so you'll be familiar with it when you're on the go! You can bookmark it in your mobile browser with the URL: m.weertsfh.com (there is no "www".)
Technology matters these days. And we're on it. Let us know what's important to you - we'll work hard to make it happen.
And we'll be here when you need us.
IMPORTANT TECHNOLOGY NOTE: Our new full-featured website offers many new state-of-the-art features that are not supported by older web browsers such as Windows Internet Explorer 6 or Internet Explorer 7. This site is optimized for Windows Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla FireFox 2+, Google Chrome and Apple Safari 3+.
If things on our site aren't lining up quite right on your screen, you're probably operating with an older web browser. The good news: you're just a few clicks away from updating your browser if you'd like to. It's free and takes just a few minutes. Follow either of the following links to learn more:
